Some Kinda Easy, by Easy We Go and out of Kinda Nice We Go, holds an impressive record both as a racehorse and as a sire. Bred by Gene Miles of Garden Plains, Kansas, and last owned by Kent and Judy Taylor of Blackfoot, Idaho, the 1982 black stallion died May 1, 1999.

His performance prowess earned Some Kinda Easy a world championship every year that he raced:  1984 champion 2-year-old sprint colt, 1985 champion 3-year-old colt and 1986 4-year-and-older colt. He earned a speed rating of 100 and a spped index of 97 for races from 300 yards to four furlongs, and a lifetime record of 29-14-5-3 with $47,452.09. His great mind made him easy to race and handle. In addition to his race merits, he stood champion aged stallion at halter at his first show at the Eastern Idaho State Fair in 1993.

Probably one of Some Kinda Easy's strongest characteristics was his ability to pass his talent on to his get. Although standing in Idaho rather than the race hubs of California, Oklahoma and Texas, he was the second leading sire in the nation in 1997 and 1998 only to his half-brother Geneo JJ. Of his 172 registered foals, 83 were race starters, 48 earned wins, with a cumulative $266,238.36. He sired 20 stakes winners, 27 stakes placed, 38 register of merit earners, three medallion winners, two champions and 13 regional champions.
